This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. When you visit the site, Framer automatically processes technical data your browser transmits, such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, and your browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website). Framer may use service providers outside the EU for hosting and content delivery. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. I have concluded a data processing agreement with Framer.

If you send me a message through the contact form, I process the information you provide: your name, email address, company website, your role, your company’s approximate revenue (optional), your message, and how you heard about me (optional). I use this data only to respond to your inquiry and, if we decide to work together, to prepare that engagement. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
The form is provided by Tally BV, Gentse Steenweg 40, 9000 Ghent, Belgium. Your entries are transmitted to and stored by Tally on my behalf. I have concluded a data processing agreement with Tally.
I delete inquiries that do not lead to an engagement after [12] months at the latest. If an engagement follows, statutory retention periods apply.

If you email me directly, I process your email address and the content of your message to respond. The legal basis is the same as for the contact form. My email is provided by Google Workspace, with whom I have a data processing agreement.

My newsletter is hosted by beehiiv, Inc., 228 Park Avenue South, PMB 29976, New York, NY 10003, USA, at newsletter.falkokremp.com. If you subscribe, beehiiv processes your email address and, where provided, your name on my behalf. Subscription uses a double opt-in procedure: you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter.
beehiiv records whether emails are opened and which links are clicked, so I can understand what is useful to readers. Because beehiiv is based in the USA, data may be transferred to the USA. I have concluded a data processing agreement with beehiiv.

This website contains links to external sites such as LinkedIn and Amazon. No data is transmitted to these providers unless you click a link. Once you’re on their site, their privacy policies apply.
